Valeria is very interested in creative solutions to achieve financial sustainability for nonprofits. At CreaTV San Jose her focus us to find and cultivate donors to support the organization.
Since 1992, Valéria has worked with arts organizations in the San Francisco and Monterey Bay Area in the areas of strategic planning and sustainable practices, fundraising, professional coaching, group facilitation, management, marketing, audience development & cultural diversity, arts education curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation, as well as exhibition development and interpretation. She is passionate about the power of the arts and culture to change individuals, communities, and society.
Her desire to see nonprofits perform at high, sustainable levels led her to pursue a Master in Business Administration, with a focus in Sustainable Management at Presidio Graduate School in San Francisco.
