Sue Diciple, principal at Sue Diciple Group, designs and facilitates collaborative planning, organization development and issue resolution processes.  In her 30-year practice she has served over 300 clients in the private, public and non-profit sectors, much of that work focused on strategic planning.  She authored the first curriculum on Strategic Planning offered by the State of Oregon community college system in the 1980s; in her current practice she facilitates and drafts an average of six strategic plans per year.  She recently co-facilitated and drafted Broadband Strategic Plans for seven Oregon communities ranging from small towns, a tribal entity, and a major metropolitan area.  She has held several telecommunications-related public service positions in the State of Oregon including her 20-year service as a Commissioner representing the City of Portland on the Mt. Hood Cable Regulatory Commission, where she has played a key role in strategic initiatives development for the Commission and the two community media centers within its jurisdiction.  Sue served for six years on the national board of The Alliance for Community Media.
