OMG---How Can I Get on the EPG?

Finding out what programs are on PEG/Community channels can be harder than breaking into Fort Knox.  PEG programs are often not listed on electronic program or analog cable guides.  This workshop will present case studies from organizations that have a presence on the Electronic Program Guide in their communities. How did they manage to get on the EPG and what does it involve in operational capacity? How are schedules integrated and delivered and what kinds of user experiences can we foresee in the future?
