Community media centers have the ability to reach many communities often left out of the media system, such as people of color, new immigrants, the disabled, and the LGBTQ communities. How can we create meaningful opportunities for our diverse communities?  How do we recruit staff from these diverse communities? These and many other key issues will be addressed.
