Update On Federal Policies Affecting Community Media

Staying abreast of all the regulatory and legislative actions at both the state and federal level can be daunting.  This session will highlight the major developments in federal policies affecting PEG community media, areas that affect the future success of community media, and suggest actions that groups can take to make a difference in policy debates.  This session will also include an update on the status of the AT&T/DirectTV merger, as well as what happens next with the Comcast/Time-Warner merger having failed to materialize.
