Needs Assessment: A Critical Management Tool for Community Media Centers

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Have you asked for community input about the services your CMC provides?  Are you sure that your CMC's services meet your community's needs? Do you need to know how to engage more community organizations as partners? Does your local government question your value? Are you thinking about developing a strategic plan?

This session will explain the research tools that can be used in a needs assessment and help you figure out which tools would work best for you, based upon your specific circumstances.  It will also provide a profile of a CMC that took the information gathered through a needs assessment and used it as the foundation for the development of its strategic plan.
